Overview

JPP Capital was formed in response to structural changes in the real estate finance market following the COVID-19 pandemic. As traditional lenders reduced exposure to acquisition, development, and construction financing amid rising interest rates and increased costs, many otherwise viable projects experienced capital constraints. JPP Capital was established to address these gaps by providing flexible, asset-backed private credit and development-oriented capital solutions.

The investment strategy is designed to target a 12% annual return with a three-year term period.

The firm focuses on residential, commercial, and specialized real estate assets, including senior housing, and participates across multiple stages of the project lifecycle—from acquisition through construction and disposition. As an affiliated development and construction platform, JPP Capital applies an operationally informed underwriting approach and maintains the ability to actively manage assets in various market conditions.
